I read an article on Changing Habit. The article says, it is difficult for many people because of these reason.
1.The forbidden fruit is always very attractive
2.Qutting something is difficult when you always think about it
3.There is no excitement in just saying no
4.Our unconscious mind doesn’t understand negation
5.You never simply quit something, you do something else instead
Then it asks this first question? “What will yo do instead?” Because ‘quit’,'stop’,'control’… are kinds of negative words. So we need something positive or with more fun. For this it recommends these tips.
1.Look for positve consequences
2.Look for mutually exclusive activities
3.Go nuts
This article is very impressive and I agree on it. So we need to find out someting else.
