Ilchi Lee : Refreshing

Most of time in daily life, we experience lots of thoughts and emotions. Some of them come intentionally but many of them come by itself. From environment around us, from my body, from habit,… No matter what it is, one thing clear is that it finally happens inside of my body. Then they affect our body like as stiffness, blockage, pain or opposite.
So when we want refreshing, the first step is to prepare our body for it. For example, ‘Head-Tapping gently with finger tips’, ‘Facial Release like squeeze muscles on face, openning eyes, mouth as much as you can’, ‘Toe-Tapping’, ‘Lying vibration of whole body’,… Then you can feel more flexible, more sensible over your body, easier to breathe comfortably,….
The second step is releasing exercise like ‘Laughing exercise’, ‘Breathing with feeling or imagining brain’, ‘Smiling Meditation’ or ‘Healing or simple massage for someone around you’,…
