Ilchi lee : Steps as a practioner

One day, Ilchi lee has mentioned for practioners. There are steps to follow in practice. The first things are for health management such as deep sleeping of proper hours, healthy nutrition and excretion. Then practice in daily life such as managing with jobs, relationship with people,… then success. Then we can practice for enlightenment. Without those previous steps, the enlightenment may become temporary or not realistic. Final step as a practioner is ‘mind’. No matter what we do, what kind of mind at that moment is underneath? Through practice, that mind becomes pure like helping mind, loving mind and peaceful mind.
